An exciting podcast, on my trauma work

Hi All,
The podcast was published on Sunday, 21 January 2024, at 7pm.
It covers how I came to uncover why trauma is so difficult to undo — at least it is, until you grasp just what it does to the frontal lobes . . . .
It also covers how prisons are indeed an expensive way of making things worse, and indeed by locking up 17000 mothers each and every year, they guarantee an endless supply of convicts — since 25% of all current prisoners were orphans — and that’s just those who tell you.
Happy viewing

This was such an interesting video to watch. I've recently learned about Robert Maudsley, and looking into him led me to you. I wish you were able to work with him again.
I'm a mental health peer specialist. Not a therapist or anything like that but more like extra support. The way you are with Maudsley and the others - mindful, understanding, you listen, look at them as people, etc - is how I am with my own. I've always been that way with people, and it's definitely so important.
